The animation series brings the idea of introducing the animated character spontaneously followed by the narrator (Apek), who tells the story. The story flows in a ' monotonous' way, focusing on the two main characters which are Johnny (the cock) and Lucy (the female goat). However, the animation has vast continuous plot development. The series tells the story of a cock named 'Johnny' who is lonely when all the hens he dates meet with accidents. His bad luck turns the other chickens against him. This makes him sad and unhappy. His master 'Apek' sympathizes with 'Johnny' and buys a female goat name named 'Lucy' as his companion. At first, they do not get along but they soon realize that they need one another. The story is based on the Nusantara way of life enriched with imagination to give identity to each character in maintaining the physique and logic of the original characters. All the characters live in a village which is based on a typical kampung in Malaysia . Although this may not seem unique but the design and presentation differs from an artistic point of view and appear in harmony with the animation.
