Naughty Dino revolves around the life of two naughty baby dinosaurs, Pop and Pim who were hatched from the same eggshell. Pop is a smart baby dinosaur who loves attention especially from their step grandfather, Grandpa Pam, while Pim is a lovable but naive baby dinosaur who always manages to save himself and others from unintentional danger. Pim is not only respected by the dinosaur species but also by the cavemen. The attention Pim gets makes Pop jealous, thus motivating him to attract attention no matter what.

Pop and Pim experience fun and adventure as they learn to cope with their world. Along with Grandpa Pam they met up with friends and foes, Umbogo and Apopot the caveman hunter, Cikgu Latipah the dinosaur teacher, their classmates Lilu , Mek, Badong and Tonjoi , Megawus the carnivore and Kupipi the man eating plant.
